I have been waiting for a withdrawal since September 2021. The customer service is poor. I have asked them repeatedly to open a complaint but my requests are ignored. I signed upto casinolab played a few games and next thing my account was locked and now I can’t login. Live chat doesn’t connect to anybody and now don’t know my next step. Updated 24/1. Good selection of games, the only down side i can see with this site is the processing time for withdrawals. My account has been verified for over 48 hours and still not been processed.

70/30 Experience

Strange relationship with Casinolab, great selection of casino games without a doubt, first withdrawal took a while as verification needed to be completed, however, been playing for a couple of months now. Bare with them, they do pay out, once verified usually within 3days. Not sent my withdrawal for over 4 weeks…

I have been waiting for my withdrawal since 27th October 2021. They have verified all my documents and responded in an email, but still no money in my account. So far so good (maybe)

So far so good! Most play and gos are still at 95.4% rtp which is massively higher than other casinos.
Wasnt allowed to deposit before i was fully verified.
Have noticed they charge just over 2.3% for every withdrawal , so £93 will be a £90 withdrawal. Bit crap that!

And apparently i am verified and no more documents is needed and i need to wait the advised period of 72 hours for the processing period to be complete . Yets see what comes from this one !
